My blog should be considered because I started it as a creative outlet for my love of fashion after I grew tires of the industry constantly being misrepresented as shallow by label adorned barbie doll types. At fashion killed me, fashion is for everyone who has a passion and I share my experiences, opinions as well as industry movement and outfit posts. My intention is to create a community of everyday fashion lovers focused on expressing their individuality in not only our small city of Adelaide, but around the world. My following is small, but genuine, I never ask people to follow me, I post and share through my social media platforms and let followers find me, the followers I have do so because they like my content, not because I tell them I’ll follow them back if they do it for me. I post only on topics I am interested in and I only endorse products I actually like, I never post just because I’ve been offered gifts or free merchandise. I post only when i have well thought out, substantial, quality content and I refuse to lower my standard of quality to increase the quantity of my posts, I prefer to keep my readers engaged.
